An 18-year-old Thorp man faces felony incest charges after prosecutors say he had sex with his sister.According to court documents, investigators learned of the abuse after the victim wrote a girlfriend a note referencing it.It is WEAU's policy not to identify victims of these crimes, so we will not name the accused. His next court date is set for April.
