Madison police Monday said a missing University of Wisconsin student was the victim of an assault last month.
Police say 20-year-old Audrey Ruth Seiler of Rockford, Minnesota was approached from behind, knocked unconscious and left in a secluded area in Madison. But, there is no description of a suspect in that incident.
Seiler was last seen early Saturday morning in Madison leaving a Madison apartment building. Her female roommate was out of town at the time.
Meanwhile, the UW-Madison has set up a web site to help locate her. She is 120 pounds, about five-foot-seven inches tall with dark hair.
