Twenty-year-old Fue Yang, 22-year-old Teng Vang and 18-year-old Chang Sher Vang were all charged today with attempted first-degree intentional homicide and first degree reckless endangerment.
Chang Sher Vang, the driver of the vehicle, is also charged with attempting to elude a traffic officer.
Authorities say they shot at two other men from a rival gang. No one was injured.
But District Attorney Rich White says the reckless endangerment charge stems from a stray bullet that hit a nearby home, where police say it struck a couch that someone was lying in at the time.
The three men are jailed in a $100,000 cash bond and will be in court next week.
