A legislative committee met Wednesday to talk about whether to strip Representative Jeff Wood of his job.
Wood, who is a Chippewa Falls Independent, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs three times in the last year, most recently in Tomah.
The Assembly Special Committee on Ethics and Standards of Conduct must recommend whether the full body should kick Wood out.
On Wednesday the group decided to begin their work by gathering police reports, squad car videos and other documents in Wood's cases.
It was unclear when the panel would meet again.
