Jail sentence for man involved in stabbing
Police say in August, Tucker J. Ash stabbed 31-year-old Jeremy Lee Whittier with a kitchen knife at an apartment building in Osseo.

The man police say stabbed another man outside an Osseo bar will spend time in jail.
A judge found 24-year-old Tucker J. Ash guilty of second degree reckless endangerment. A charge of battery with use of a dangerous weapon was dropped.
Police say in August, Ash stabbed 31-year-old Jeremy Lee Whittier with a kitchen knife at an apartment building in Osseo. Police say Whittier had stab wounds on his hand, arm and upper shoulder.
Ash will have to spend 90 days in jail and two years on probation.
