Where is the outrage that these white thieves only got 2 years probation? They deserve to go to jail. They broke the law and should be punished, not shown leniency so they can do it again.

Chipp. county has a kangeroo court or a spinless DA.

No jail time? Let them out on probation so they can break into a few more homes. What kind of a message does this send? Oh thats right - crime does pay!

This article misrepresnets Mr. Mcnamara as being involved with the individuals that conducted a string of buglars that the atrical is referring to. To clear any questioning Mr. McNamara mearly purchased goods that were offered to be sold to him at a great price(which any budget concious american would be interested in). The items ended up being reported as stolen (unknowing to McNamara)and were returned to individuals after recovered by law enforcements. Mr. McNamara was prosected for taken advantage of a great deal for needed household appliences. As Mr. McNamara learned the hard way watch out for good deals because sometimes it is too good to be true.

So, the kid who has consensual sex with his girlfriend gets 90 days, and these clowns get off free and clear? Don't seem right to me. Of course the kid also ran drunk from the police which is inexcusable and could have realy hurt someone, but these guys have also caused untold hardships. I think it was either POing the police with the chase or the silly witch hunt we make over sex with a "minor" that was why he got more time. At the least, all three should be doing jail time. And don't give me the over crowded jail BS. Put a ball and chain on them and have them cleaning the roadsides in striped pajamas. Worked well for many years, and there was much less of these problems.

Multiple burglaries and all they get is probation? They'll be back stealing tonight. Probation is a joke. They hardly keep track of anybody and if they do catch them violating they don't do anything to them anyway. Go to any tavern in the area and you will find several people on probation who aren't supposed to be in taverns or drinking.

Jail time makes a n impression, so does getting off scott free.

Why didn't they get prison time that they so richly deserve?

Once a thief, always a thief. Chad McNamara stole a bunch of stuff from a house party I had about 10 years ago. I was 19, in college, stupid but it's nice to see KARMA in action. Pathetic people never change.

Stop the madness!! Probation? You have got to be kidding me. This is not a one time oops, I screwed up! The continually burglarized residences until they got caught, at least while they would be in jail they would not be committing more crimes.

These two men should have been made an example of to deter theft. Two years probation is a slap on the wrist. Many people in the Chhippewa Valley have been locking their doors and keeping a watch in the neighborhood after hearing string of burglaries and bank robberies go through our area.

Wow Geez I bet these two jerks are afraid of the law now. Do you think they are scared straight? Two whole years probation, just sends shivers down my spine. I feel my home and property are a whole lot safer now. I will be calling a security system company for an install come monday morning. Come to think of it the Judge is a bigger jerk.
