Carson Park is currently home to three summer league teams, the EC Bears, the Cavaliers, and the American Legion team.
A group of investors is interested in adding a Northwoods team.
They will present a schedule proposal to the Parks and Waterways Commission meeting this Wednesday at 7:00.
They won't be the alone. Another group plans to make a proposal to bring a different summer league to Eau Claire. The Global Baseball League has also expressed moving into the area.
