36-year-old Thor Vang is charged with one count of possession of opium and one count of possession with intent to sell.

Agents say the package was mailed from Laos, but intercepted by the U.S. Customs Service in Hawaii.

The agents allowed the shipment to arrive in Goodview, where they say it was opened.

When agents searched Vang's home, they found four similar packages from Laos that were empty, cash totaling $70,000 and 11 guns, most of which were loaded.
