A former Gundersen Lutheran employee could face prison time after she admitted stealing personal information from patients.
>
27-year-old Amy Zielke plead guilty to forgery and identity theft charges in La Crosse County circuit court Tuesday.
>
Onalaska police say Zielke used a computer at Gundersen Lutheran to steal social security and credit card numbers from 20 hospital patients.
>
Zielke faces a maximum of six years in prison and six years of extended supervision.
