Lake Hallie Police Department receives grant
The Lake Hallie Police Department received a highway safety grant to use over the next year.

The Lake Hallie Police Department received a highway safety grant to use over the next year.
Chief Cal Smokowicz says the department will get $10,000 for speed enforcement and another $5,000 for traffic safety equipment. He says Lake Hallie will get two new moving radar units and one stationary unit and put more patrol officers on the streets.
Chief Smokowicz says the money will help police reduce crashes.
