Sheriff's officials say at about 2 p.m. Tuesday afternoon, someone called the department saying a home was on fire on the town of Aurora in western Taylor County, and that the home may be occupied.
Gilman fire officials found the entire structure in flames. After putting out the blaze, they found two bodies, a male on the first floor and a female in the basement.
No foul play is suspected. Fire officials continue to investigate.
