A 124 billion dollar war spending bill is expected to get a final blessing from Congress Thursday and head for a promised White House veto.

Wisconsin's House Members split on party lines in a roll call vote approving legislation that would order President Bush to begin withdrawing troops from Iraq by October first.

Among Wisconsin’s Representatives, Democrats Tammy Baldwin, Steve Kagen, Ron Kind, Gwen Moore and Dave Obey voted for the legislation.

Republicans Tom Petri, Paul Ryan and James Sensenbrenner voted against it.
