Police say 25-year-old Deacon Powless from Hobart just wouldn't quit.
>
He is finally caught and, now charged, for allegedly stealing a plow truck at knifepoint that was found in Eau Claire in one of two separate criminal complaints in Brown County.
>
One was for allegedly beating and choking a woman on New Year's Day and another for an April 12th confrontation with Oneida Police Officers outside the same woman's home.
>
According to the criminal complaint, officers tried to use a taser stun gun three separate times on Powless in April. But Powless managed to pull the darts from his chest each time and continued to flee.
>
Powless then reached a plow truck and allegedly ordered the driver out at knifepoint.
>
The plow truck was recovered the next day in Eau Claire.
>
Powless was captured early Friday in a vacant apartment in Green Bay.
