A police report on a drowning last week says a supervisor at the Wilderness Resort in Lake Delton told a lifeguard twice not to enter a pool to help a boy seen face-down in the water.
>
Instead, the supervisor told the lifeguard to get someone swimming nearby to check on four-year-old Tyler Houtakker of Iowa, but, the boy was unresponsive.
>
Lifeguards tried to resuscitate him after he was pulled from the water.

The Lake Delton Police Chief doesn't expect charges to be filed against the resort and says it was obviously an accident.
