The Wisconsin Aquaculture Association plans to vote on a resolution Friday that calls for some sort of financial safety net should fish farmers suffer a loss because of the VHS virus.

The virus is making its way across the Great Lakes. It's been detected in the Lake Winnebago system near Green Bay.
