Police in Black River Falls are trying to figure out how a baby ended up with head injuries.
Police Chief Don Gilberg says in mid-January the child's mother noticed the 10 month old boy from Neillsville was unresponsive and he was taken to the hospital. The chief says the child had head injuries that happened at a home daycare in Black River Falls. The chief isn't saying how the baby was hurt.
No one has been charged or arrested. The chief says after the investigation wraps up, they'll forward the information to the District Attorney.
