One person is in custody in Clark County for stealing 300 pieces of incoming and outgoing mail in and around the county.
Officials at the Clark County Sheriff's Department say the thefts occurred from June 4 to the 18.
Some mail has been recovered, but no charges have been filed yet.
Loyal Police Chief Matt Kubista says the U.S. Postal Inspector is currently reviewing the case and will decide if the charges will be federal or state.
Officials are also looking for two other suspects and the case remains under investigation by the Clark and Jackson County Sheriff's Departments and the Loyal Police Department.
