A Clark County judge sentenced a Thorp man to a haircut and a shave.
Court records show 19-year-old Steven Strey pleaded no contest to theft and was found guilty of two counts of theft by false representation. Court records show the judge ordered a year of probation, restitution and for Strey to keep a job. The judge then gave him five days to get rid of his facial hair and ordered him to keep his hair no more than two inches long.
The District Attorney says Strey has a goatee and said the judge commented that if he makes himself presentable, he'll hopefully be able to get a job.
