More deer meetings being held around the area
The meetings will cover topics like the importance of a sustainable deer herd, the 2010 season structure and more.

More meetings are being held around the state as the DNR tells people about deer management units.

On Monday night (3/15) one is scheduled for Barron and Polk Counties, at the Turtle Lake High School Library at 7 p.m. Another is going on from 3-7 p.m. for Chippewa, Dunn, Eau Claire and Pepin Counties. That’ll be at the Dunn County Fish and Game Clubhouse.

The meetings will cover topics like the importance of a sustainable deer herd, the 2010 season structure and more.
