Eau Claire Parks and Recreation put on an event Wednesday allowing kids to experience different cultures.
Kids from eighteen different parks around the area were picked up and brought to Riverview Park. There, they experienced the cultures of 18 different countries. The event was put on to promote unity among kids.
The kids learned about different parts of the world by participating in a variety of events, along with sampling different ethnic foods.
