An Eau Claire man who lost his sight more than 15 years ago after an electrical explosion and then got it back, will spend 18 months on probation for lewd and lascivious behavior.
This is video of Renay Poirier in 2000 after he regained his sight. Wednesday in Eau Claire County court, Poirier pleaded no contest to disorderly conduct and lascivious exposure. According to the criminal complaint, Eau Claire police say in early June, a woman saw Poirier exposing himself in his car.
Poirier cannot have unsupervised contact with children and has to have sex offender assessment and treatment.
