Court records show another lawsuit against the driver and company of the semi that hit a Chi-Hi school bus is settled.
In October of 2005 a bus with Chippewa Falls High School band members, student teachers and chaperones collided with a jackknifed semi, killing five people on board. Court records show Ruth Weiland's case against Whole Foods Market Group and Michael Kozlowski is settled. Another tentative settlement against the company is pending. That suit, between Ryan Wilson and Whole Foods Market Group needs court approval.
