This is the tenth consecutive year UW-Eau Claire has made the list and shares it's ranking this year with UW-La Crosse.
UW-Eau Claire's chancellor says he's proud of students and faculty, especially during a turbulent two-year period in school funding.
The magazine also ranked UW-Eau Claire number 20 among regional universities in the Midwest in their best universities-masters category.
