Green Bay Man Accused Of Hitting And Killing Pedestrian Pleads Not Guilty

The man accused of hitting a pedestrian with his car and then driving home with the man lodged in his windshield has pleaded not guilty to the charges.

Steven Warrichaiet is charged with homicide by intoxicated use of a motor vehicle and three other felonies.

Investigators say he hit Tyrone Ware and another pedestrian while they were walking together in Green Bay in July and continued on his way home with Ware embedded in his windshield. They say Warrichaiet fell asleep and called police the next morning.

His trial is scheduled to begin November 26th.
