California authorities are looking for a Wisconsin man linked to last week’s murder of two camp counselors.

The detectives have put out an alert to other law enforcement agencies saying they want to talk to Nicholas Edward Scarseth of Chippewa Falls.

Investigators believe Scarseth was in the area when Lindsay Cutshall and Jason Allen were both shot point blank while sleeping on a beach in Sonoma County.

Two days after the bodies were discovered Scarsath was stopped by police 100 miles away but wasn't questioned about the murders.
