School Bus Crash
The family of a 14 year old boy who was killed when a truck hit a school bus near Plainfield in 2006, was just awarded more than $248,000.

The family of a 14-year0old boy who was killed when a truck hit a school bus near Plainfield in 2006, was just awarded over $248,000.
Forty-six-year old Barry Jacobson was driving a semitrailer truck when he smashed into the parked bus from the Tri-County School District.
He was charged in Adams County circuit court last month with one count on homicide by negligent operation of a vehicle and six counts of reckless driving causing bodily harm.
The family of David Senft Along with 11 others has an estimated value of about $2.4 Million dollars.
