Bridge Creek approves sand mine development agreement

(WEAU) - Hi-Crush Proppants is one step closer to building a proposed sand mine and processing facility near Augusta.
Tuesday, the Town of Bridge Creek unanimously approved the development agreement that would allow construction of the mine to start. The mine will be in Bridge Creek while the processing facility will be in Augusta.
Hi-Crush says 50-75 jobs will be added to the area when the mine is fully operational.
