(WEAU) - How would you feel if you were able to enjoy a free meal and help a good cause?
People in Eau Claire have been able to take one local pizza place up on that deal all week long. Broadway Pizza is offering a free meal from its pizza lunch buffet to people who donate to the Community Table.
Organizers say they've risen over $3,000 so far and the money will have a big impact. Community Table Executive Director Rachel Keniston said “I think all of us realize in these times we have neighbors that are hurting and we can help make a difference and it's healthy for a whole community.”
If you'd like to take part, you still have a chance Friday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
