WAUKESHA, Wis. (AP) -- An Atlanta-based company is moving its headquarters to Waukesha and plans to create more than 100 new jobs in Wisconsin.

Gov. Scott Walker said Monday that Connecture, Inc. will be eligible for state tax credits of up to $1.2 million if they create 105 high-paying jobs within three years. The company also plans to move its headquarters from Atlanta to Waukesha by March 1.

Company spokeswoman Megan Riddle says they will likely hire that many jobs by the end of 2012. She says the incentives call for the company to get more than $11,000 in tax credits per job they create up to 105 jobs.

Connecture provides automation software for the health insurance industry. It started as Riverwood Solutions in Waukesha before merging with Atlanta-based Connecture in 2004.
