PRAIRIE FARM, WIS. (WEAU)--The driver of a motorcycle had to be flown from the scene of a crash in Barron County over the weekend.

The sheriff's department says 52 year-old Todd Schouten of Glenwood City lost control on a curve near Prairie Farm on Saturday and was ejected from the cycle.

Deputies say Schouten was cited for not having a motorcycle driver's license, no registration and driving too fast for conditions.

The sheriff's department is warning drivers that more motorcycles will be on the roads with the warmer weather.
