(WEAU)-An investigation into reported gun shots in Eau Claire is now closed.
As we first told you, Eau Claire Police were called to the Third Ward area just before 10 p.m. Sunday night, after several reports of gun shots being heard in the area. We talked with police Monday morning and the investigation is now over. Police say there were mixed reports of gunshots and fireworks and after police established and searched the perimeter, they did not find any suspects.
