Judge rules mistrial in sexual assault trial
(WEAU) - A mistrial will cost Dunn County $5,000.
Prosecutors say Michael Fodness' sexual assault trial ended Tuesday morning after a judge ruled a video the prosecution played unfairly mentioned his prior record. Plans for another trial are in the works.
Fodness is charged with several sexual assault charges after deputies say the Colfax man had sexual contact with several girls.
