Man dies after getting trapped underneath ATV
(WEAU) - In Jackson County, a man was killed when the ATV he was riding on while deer hunting overturned.
Deputies say Marvin Waldsmith, 54, of Black River Falls was driving up a steep hill when the ATV hit a log and it tipped over backwards. They say he was pinned underneath. His son went for help, but it was too late.
He was pronounced dead a short time later.
