Man killed in motorcycle crash

BLACK RIVER FALLS, Wis. (JACKSON COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT NEWS RELEASE) - On June 16, at about 9:45 a.m., the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office received a 911 call regarding a motorcycle verse deer crash on County Highway “P” near Underhill Road in the Town of Curran, Jackson County, WI. The Taylor First Responders, Black River Ambulance and Sheriff’s Deputies responded to the scene.

A group of motorcycles were traveling southbound on CTH P when one of the motorcycles struck a deer and was the driver was ejected from the cycle. The driver was pronounced deceased at the scene. The driver was wearing a helmet and was unable to avoid the crash.
The driver of the motorcycle was identified as Tim J. Greeno, age 53, from the Sparta, Wisconsin area.
