SIREN, Wis. (WEAU) - The parents who are charged with Child Neglect after their three-year-old girl drowned are free on bond.
Thomas Williams and Jenna Danish appeared in Burnett County court Monday. They were released on $25,000 signature bonds.
They were charged after their daughter, Reena Williams wandered off in August. Her body was found in a canal about 25 yards from their Danbury home.
The criminal complaint says Danish was sleeping and Thomas Williams was under the influence of synthetic marijuana when Reena disappeared.

DANBURY, Wis. (WEAU) -- The Burnett County couple charged with neglect following the death of a 3-year-old girl who drowned, have turned themselves in.
The Burnett Co. Sheriff's Office says the couple turned themselves in around noon Sunday.
On Friday, a judge approved the arrest warrants for Thomas Williams and Jenna Danish.
3-year-old Reena Williams wandered into a pond near her home in Danbury.
Reena's body was found in August, several hours after she was last seen by a neighbor.
That neighbor said it wasn't the first time she was wandering around alone.
The criminal complaint says Danish was sleeping and Thomas Williams was under the influence of synthetic marijuana when Reena Williams disappeared.
Both face more than two decades behind bars if convicted.

DANBURY, Wis. (WEAU) -- The Burnett County sheriff says the department's investigation into the drowning of a 3-year-old girl has ended.
Sheriff Dean Roland says Wednesday afternoon, he submitted the case to the district attorney.
He says the report which was five to six inches thick did make a recommendation, but he wouldn't say what that was.
He also says he requested the district attorney make a charging decision soon.
In August, 3-year-old Reena Williams disappeared -- before being found dead in a canal just 25-yards from her Danbury home.
