(WEAU) - Eau Claire City Council President Kerry Kincaid is working to create a fund that will let people make private donations to public projects.
It would be called the Spirit Fund, and would be used for community programs, pools, parks, and youth programs. Kincaid says it's a way for people to have more spirit in the community, get more involved, and be more willing to donate. She says she'll bring it up to the Economic Policy Advisory Committee on Monday.
