(WEAU) - Senator Herb Kohl was back on the campaign trail again Wednesday in the Chippewa Valley, this time stumping for a candidate who wants his job.
Kohl joined U.S. Senate candidate Tammy Baldwin at UW-Eau Claire Wednesday afternoon. Kohl and Baldwin talked about their efforts in senate and congress to make a college education more affordable for Wisconsinites. Baldwin said Wednesday that one of her goals is to make “sure that our great UW System remains strong and vibrant and an excellent option for our young people is a high priority for me."
Kohl was also in Eau Claire on Monday to show his support for Tom Barrett, who is running for Governor Scott Walker's seat.
