(WEAU) - A former Rice Lake Middle School teacher convicted of having sex with high school students has lost her teaching license.
Patrick Gasper with the Department of Public Instruction says Andrea Ebert's licenses to teach in Wisconsin have been revoked.
She was convicted last month of having sex with a 16-year-old child, and sexual assault by a school staff member. Prosecutors say she confessed to having sex with high school students, and sending them nude pictures last winter.
Ebert is serving six months in the Barron County Jail, will have to register as a sex offender and can't be around children without supervision.
