Three arrested after home search turns up stolen items

EAU CLAIRE, Wis. (WEAU) - Three people are behind bars after a search of a home in Monroe County turned up stolen items.

The Tomah Police Department says the Monroe County Combined Tactical Unit was called to help police with a search warrant at 206 ½ E. Milwaukee Street Tuesday morning.

Officers tried to contact the people inside the apartment but were unsuccessful.

They arrested 21-year old Michael McLamb, 19-year old Justin McGinnis and 23-year old Eli Brush.

Two other people were taken into custody for questioning and were released.

Tomah police say the search was done as part of an on-going investigation.
