(WEAU) - A federal grand jury indicted two Western Wisconsin men.
The first is from Neillsville. Brett Pohle, 45, is charged with concealing assets in a bankruptcy proceeding, falsifying a record and witness tampering.
If convicted on all counts, he faces a maximum penalty of 30 years in federal prison.
In the second case, Justin Waterhouse, 21, of New Auburn is charged with stealing and selling Army property from Fort McCoy. He stole and sold night vision monoculars and gun sights.
If convicted Waterhouse faces a maximum penalty of 10 years in federal prison on each count.
