The two men accused of raping a woman with a snake were in court Tuesday
John Bullock, 24, of Altoona and Damonta Jones, 25, of Eau Claire are charged with sexually assaulting a woman in an Eau Claire apartment.
Tuesday one of their lawyers asked to be taken off the case due to a conflict.
Their next hearing is set for December.

Two men are charged after investigators say they raped an Altoona woman with a live animal.
A criminal complaint shows John Bullock, 24, of Altoona and Damonta Jones, 25, of Eau Claire are charged with first degree sexual assault, as a party to a crime. The complaint shows a woman went into a bedroom with the two men in an Eau Claire apartment and they hit her with something and threw her on the floor. The woman told investigators Jones held her down, while Bullock sexually assaulted her himself, and then with a live snake.
Jones is currently on supervision for two separate third-degree sexual assault convictions.
