Calling all ladies!!

Pickles and Ice Cream Social hosted by Sarah Stokes

Thursday, July 26 from 6:30-9 P.M.
Action City banquet rooms, Eau Claire
(tucked away near the go kart track)

$5 admission gets you in the door, signed up for door prizes and of course you get a free serving of ice cream and pickles!

A fun ladies event featuring a silent auction, seminars, "mocktails", spa treatments and much more to benefit the
“Fostering the Future Fund”! Help area foster kids by attending this ladies night!

Register for door prizes like a Gigi Hill bags gift certificate, Valley Fair Tickets, Water park passes and floral arrangements!

A few of you have asked about bringing your daughters. We will not have "children's activities" but if your little girl is old enough to enjoy a spa treatment or the like... we'd love to have you there! There will be no child care on site so you need to accompany your child as we have designed this as a ladies' night event. Hope that makes sense!

What’s the “Fostering the Future Fund”?

It’s a new way to help the kids! Sarah Stokes is partnering with Lutheran Social Services to raise money for the incidentals and special situations families sometimes run into.

Imagine being forced to leave your home as a child and not even having a suitcase to put your clothes in. Some of these kids move with garbage bags. Then there are the missed opportunities when foster families just don't have enough money to go around for the stuff kids truly benefit from. We want the kids to have access to some of the things they need, but there isn’t always money to get. This ranges from sports fees to yearbooks to camps. There are so many needs!

Funds will be managed by the local LSS team.
