A community benefit called, The Lakken Sparkle Event, will help support a young girl battling a type of brain cancer.
The event for Lakken Burzynski is January 13 from noon to 5:00pm at the Stanley High School.
Lakken is 10 years old and had a brain tumor removed last summer. She is currently undergoing chemotherapy treatments.
There is no admission to the event and donations will be accepted for the Lakken Burzynski fund.
