(WEAU) – It’s been exactly a month since Christmas and you may have some of that holiday weight leftover. But there's no need to worry because there is a way to burn a few calories while at your job.
WEAU’s Courtney Everett worked out with Kelly Auner and Jenna Genteman who are trainer’s at Gold’s Gym.
Jenna demonstrated the ways people can silently work at their desk. There are exercises such as squats or even using a water bottle to do curls.
Kelly explained how you can easily to the exercises every day to burn some extra calories.
There are even exercises like running up the stairs, doing jumping jacks, or using a medicine ball in the break room or at your desk.
