A Saint Croix County deputy who was arrested for drunk driving will be demoted and suspended.

According to Sheriff Dennis Hillstead, Deputy Mike Winberg will be demoted to lieutenant and suspended 30 days without pay.

Deputy Winberg was arrested in Outagamie County Sunday night for drunk driving

Police saw him slowly pulling into a parking lot. His preliminary breath test was 0.20.

Winberg was driving an unmarked squad car at the time

How Are You respect the police dept.He should lose his job ...like right now.come On Now! If we get pulled over with a bac level At o.09 you go to jail OWI And the state And city looks down on You And goes On Your record...And In some cases You cant get a carrier job because of it! well I guess Its nice to know THE POLICE IS ABOVE THE RULE WE HAVE TO FOLLOW!!!!!!!

Maybe he should lose his job. He knows not to drink and drive, but to use an unmarked squad car! Come on use your head.
