Governor Jim Doyle indicated he'll veto at least part of a budget plan expected to pass the state legislature this week.

The plan largely delays the state's fiscal problems.

The parts of the plan Doyle apparently disagrees with are a delay in $125 million in school payments and $209 million in refinancing of tobacco bond payments.

The plan depends on the state collecting $92 million in casino payments.

The Ho Chunk tribe is in a legal battle over that money.

It also depends on Wisconsin winning legal battles over $293 million in sales tax payments and a $200 million medical malpractice fund transfer.
