An area Catholic church is putting on a weekend of food, entertainment, games, prizes, and more.

The annual Saint James the Greater Summerfest celebration is at St. James the Greater in Eau Claire.

It starts with an outdoor mass on Saturday, August 9 at 4:30 p.m. It then continues into the night.

On Sunday, August 10, Summerfest continues from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
