If you're getting ready for a summer road trip, or if the heat causes problems for your car, there's a way to figure out how much it will cost to get it fixed before you take it in.
In this "On the Money", we look at a site that helps you gauge how much you should be paying.
It's www.repairpal.com. It's not affiliated with any car, repair or parts companies.
All you do is fill in the make, model and repair you need, plus where you live and it comes up with the general cost range. That way you can weed out estimates that are too high, or save up for a bigger job.
