the state should make it mand. to recycle every thing that is able to be rec. that way maybe people would wake up and put a stop to other states dumping there garbage in wisc. land fills making some rich at our cost.we will be paying to clean the bad water in the near time frame. they will just pack up and stick it to us tax payers.
