The National Football League has concluded its investigation into the Green Bay Packers' player-to-player bonus situation and has decided to let the team handle the matter internally.
"The club has handled the matter with the players and the incentive pool has been discontinued," said league spokesman Greg Aiello.
Packers coach Mike McCarthy later said the matter was closed.
"We've already addressed that as a football team," McCarthy said. "It's a dead issue in my view. There have been no fines, it has been resolved with the league and we have moved on."
